We\xe2\x80\x99re currently recruiting for a Payments Administrator to ensure payments are processed in a timely manner and in line with the working capital policy.

Location: Flexible, hybrid with occasional travel to Salford/ Manchester as required
Business Unit: Kier Group Services
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent and able to consider part-time opportunities

Key Responsibilities

Reporting into our Payments Team Leader, you\xe2\x80\x99ll initiate and manage the scheduled payment run process for suppliers, sub-contractors and expenses whilst ensuring all documentation required to process payments are provided and accurately filed for Audit purposes. When necessary, you will support with Transfers, Faster, Chaps and Foreign Currency payments; in addition to providing the necessary information to the Business Areas for cash forecasting purposes.

What are we looking for?

A strong communicator who has previous experience of operating in a service driven culture whilst building excellent relationships with a variety of stakeholders. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and have ERP systems experience, through Oracle (desirable) but SAP experience would be acceptable. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have knowledge of the principles and procedures relating to PTP/Accounts Payable function.
