About the role
We are seeking a Payments Officer to join our busy Procurement and Payments team, on a fixed-term basis until 03/11/2026. The successful applicant will be directly involved in the critical and varied steps of the payment processes. Including inputting invoices, updating creditor accounts, all duties relating to the process of the payment run and handling external supplier and contractor enquiries and dealing with enquires from other sections and individuals throughout the council.
