Your Role and Responsibilities:



As part of our welcoming payroll team, you'll manage full

end-to-end payroll processing

on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis. You'll handle everything from starters and leavers to RTI submissions and pension auto-enrolment. You'll also work with industry-leading payroll software,

Paycircle & Iris

and have the opportunity to gain full training if you're not yet familiar with these tools.

What You'll Be Doing:



Running end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Managing statutory and company payroll-related processes, including starters, leavers, P45/P46/P60s, and SSP/SMP. Handling HMRC filings (FPS/EPS) and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations. Working in a collaborative environment to support the wider payroll team.

What We're Looking For:



Payroll Experience

: Proven experience managing payroll processes, particularly in high-volume payrolls. Whether you're coming from an in-house, bureau, or umbrella payroll environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Software Knowledge

: Familiarity with Paycircle and Iris is a bonus, but don't worry - we'll provide training if needed.

Attention to Detail

: Accuracy is key! You'll be the go-to person for ensuring smooth payroll operations.

Team Player

: While you'll manage your own payrolls, we're looking for someone who thrives in a team and contributes to a positive and supportive workplace.
