We're looking for a

Payroll Administrator

who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and problem-solving. If you love working with numbers, ensuring employees get paid on time, and keeping payroll processes running smoothly, this is the perfect role for you!

What You'll Be Doing:



Own the payroll process for the UK & ROI, working with our external provider,

SDWorx

. Ensure accurate and timely payroll data input, including starters, leavers, bonuses, and deductions. Perform monthly

Gross to Net checks

to guarantee payroll accuracy. Ensure all payroll activities meet

SOX regulations

and UK/ROI tax laws. Submit accurate payments to tax and social security authorities. Prepare and upload monthly pension data to providers. Be the go-to person for payroll queries, managing the payroll mailbox.

What We're Looking For



Payroll experience

- you've handled payroll processes and understand the ins and outs. Minimum of 5 years experience.

Attention to detail

- accuracy is your superpower.

Strong problem-solving skills

- you don't just find issues, you fix them.

Excellent communication

- you can explain payroll in a way that makes sense.

Tech-savvy mindset

- experience with

SD Worx

is a big plus!

CIPP qualification

(desirable but not essential).
