Job Description

We are a successful Chartered Accountancy Practice who are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join us to assist with payroll processing for a portfolio of clients.

Main Payroll Responsibilities:



Processing/emailing of monthly payslips/amended payslips to clients

Processing P32, P11D's, P46 Car forms, statutory year-end returns and P60s.

Deal with clients salary and payroll queries

Processing of Tax code notices.

Maintain and update static payroll data as per client requirements.

Submit RTI reports to HMRC

Enter variable overtime and commission payments

Liaise with Revenue and Customs where necessary.

Chase clients for missing information where necessary

Update & calculate all statutory payments as appropriate i.e. SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP.

Responsible for maintaining and updating payroll processes

Any other payroll duties as required

Key Skills and Competency Requirements



Experience of using MoneySoft is advantageous though not essential.

Previous computer accounts system experience is required.

MS Outlook, Excel (Advanced) and Word skills.

Knowledge of statutory payments as appropriate i.e. SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP

Previous knowledge of running a payroll essential.

This is a part time position hours to be agreed but is for a minimum of 16 hours and maximum of 24 hours per week.

Salary is 21,000 per annum pro rata'd
