Bramley Health are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join us in our Head Office in East Croydon!
As Payroll Administrator, your position will be hands on, managing and processing employee data sets throughout the monthly payroll lifecycle. You will build effective working relationships with service managers, operations coordinators/ managers and the wider HR team.

Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator include:
Administer end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations
Prepare and process monthly payroll within a team
Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries
Extract and analyse payroll data from various sources to ensure accuracy and compliance
Handle payroll queries and discrepancies
Processing of weekly timesheets on ADP Realtime payroll system
Preparing and amending HR records when required such as contracts and pension details
Assisting the Senior Payroll Coordinator and Payroll Manager to ensure payroll calculations are correct and according to company rules and statutory legislation
Dealing with inbound calls and general payroll queries from staff
Ad hoc tasks
What you, the successful Payroll Administrator will need?
High level of knowledge around Microsoft Office (excel, word and outlook)
(Desirable) Experience with ADP iHCM2
Process driven and methodical thinking
Great attention to detail
Good communicator both in writing and verbally
Able to build meaningful working relationships
Confidence to work alone as well as within your team
