Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about delivering high-quality work? We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Falkirk. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in finance or payroll to play a key role in ensuring our staff are paid accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Check timesheets and process monthly payrolls accurately and on schedule
Liaise with our external payroll provider and HR department
Complete payroll reconciliations and respond to payroll-related queries
Support sales and purchase ledger tasks as needed
Participate in other projects as required
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

About You
Essential:
Experience in a finance or payroll role
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial systems (Sage)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
Good time management
Appreciation for confidentiality
Team and customer service focused
Commitment to continuous improvement
Willingness to undertake training and a flexible approach to tasks
Desirable

Finance-related school or college qualifications
Experience within the social care sector
