As our team expands, we're looking for a
Payroll Administrator
to ensure our staff are paid accurately and on time, every time.
The Role
Payroll might not always be visible, but it's essential. In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end payroll process, making sure everything runs smoothly for our employees. You'll also provide advice on payroll queries, work closely with HR and finance, and keep up to date with payroll legislation.

What You'll Do
Process end-to-end payroll on a monthly basis for all staff
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PAYE, NI, pensions, etc.)
Maintain payroll records with accuracy and confidentiality
Handle employee queries promptly and professionally
Support with reporting and reconciliations for finance
Stay up to date with payroll legislation and best practices
What We're Looking For
Experience working in payroll administration (in-house or bureau)
Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and processes
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Good IT skills, including Excel and payroll software
Ability to manage deadlines and handle sensitive information with discretion
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
What You'll Get
