The Role:
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our Humber office! In this role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing exceptional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to maintain accurate employee records and ensure smooth payroll operations.
Manage the entire payroll process from start to finish, including RTI filing, pension uploads, and generating reports for payments and third-party entities.
Maintain meticulous records and a robust document control system, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a full audit trail of input.
Stay informed about tax legislation and company policies affecting payroll, ensuring full compliance.
Prepare month-end journals and reports to support posting and auditing processes.
About You:
Previous experience in payroll administration; practice environment experience is desirable but not essential.
Strong numerical and IT skills, with experience in payroll software (BrightPay knowledge is a bonus).
Knowledge of HMRC regulations and Pension Auto Enrolment.
Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines efficiently.
