About the Role:


Due to our continued success and growth, R J Francis & Co have an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Payroll Administrator to join our team. We are looking for someone with the relevant payroll experience and knowledge to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of payroll legislation and software systems such as Sage, Xero and QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:



Payroll processing for weekly and monthly schemes including the relevant submission reports to HMRC. Generating and uploading client reports and payslips. Manage auto enrolment submissions and liaise with pension providers i.e NEST. Managing and processing year end payroll, including P60's and year end reports. Onboarding and registration of new payroll schemes. Monthly CIS reporting and submissions. Maintaining accurate and up to date records, including new starters, leavers and benefits. Managing multiple deadlines and handling client queries. Maintaining a good knowledge of payroll legislation.

About You:



Previous experience of working in a payroll role is essential. Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Sage payroll. Excellent accuracy in preparing and submitting payroll reports. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Confident in dealing with clients and providing a professional service. Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and control your own workload.
