We are seeking a Part-Time Payroll Administrator to support a busy team with payroll processing and administrative duties.
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing payroll for our temporary and permanent construction workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage. Working 2-3 days per week, you'll play an important role in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
Process weekly and monthly payroll for staff and contractors
Verify timesheets and pay information
Maintain accurate payroll and compliance records
Respond to payroll queries from candidates and internal staff
About You
We're looking for someone with excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility. Previous payroll experience is preferred, ideally in recruitment or construction, but training can be provided for the right person.
Essential skills:
Strong numerical and administrative skills
Accuracy and organisation
Good communication via phone and email
Experience using Excel and payroll systems
