Due to additional business successes, we are seeking to appoint an experienced
Payroll Administrator on a 12 Month Contract
to join our friendly payroll team based in our offices within the Huddersfield area
This varied role is ideally suited to an experienced payroller with previous experience undertaking full end to end payroll processing for both small and high volume payrolls weekly/fortnightly/monthly, either In-house or bureau.
Role Responsibilities
Processing payrolls on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis
Dealing with HMRC and processing RTI submissions
Auto enrolment/pensions
Processing of starters/leavers, P45/P46 & P60's
Processing SSP/SMP/SPP
Running reports as required
Process employee payment details, updates with pension providers
Deal with payroll enquiries in a confident, polite manner providing a effective and swift resolution.
Person Specification
Experience within a similar full end to end payroll processing role dealing with weekly/monthly payrolls
Knowledge payroll systems (training can be provided)
Excellent attention to detail, able to work as part of a team and possess great communication skills
Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team and able to work to deadlines.
