Overall purpose of the job:


As part of the payroll and HR Operations function you will provide payroll support to the monthly processing across the group Assisting with HR, Benefits and Payroll administration including reporting across the group as well as act as a point of contact for all queries

Key responsibilities for this job:


Carry out and assist the delivery of UK monthly payroll to ensure that payroll payments are made accurately Assist in monthly processing and reporting of pension auto-enrolment Administration of International payroll Understand the company benefits and assist with all administration involved with benefits Provide advice and guidance to all employees on payroll related matters Understanding of the payroll system, benefits and processes to ensure backup is provided during absence of Payroll Specialist Responsible for the accurate, timely provision of HR and Benefit administration Understanding of the HR System (PeopleHR) and ensuring all data is accurate and updated To provide administration of the annual staff review process Run and administer Paylink report to payroll system on a monthly basis Responsible for Payroll and HR Reporting across the team Ongoing maintenance of the company benefits Administer HR related correspondence with staff and external contacts from time to time To work with the wider HR Team on delivering HR projects Assisting with administration on ad-hoc projects as required

Knowledge and experience required:


Experience working as a payroll administrator or assistant role within an HR environment Keen interest in payroll Experience in a payroll function and understand of statutory payments Experience or knowledge of the link between HR and payroll Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Excellent attention to detail and good numeracy skills Able to multitask and prioritise workload Continuous improvement mindset Strong willingness to see tasks through to completion Excellent customer service skills The ability to build rapport with staff at all levels Working experience across MS Office Experience with Sage Payroll Software is desirable
