The family run business Jason Edwards Travel Ltd, who specialise in the coach tourism industry, are currently looking to recruit a part time Payroll Administrator to join our growing team on a permanent basis. The role is based in Treforest (CF37 5UR) , Pontypridd and will be a minimum of 20 to 30 hrs a week.
The successful applicant would be required to work a minimum Tuesday and Wednesday with flexibility on start and finish times. We may also consider a hybrid role of home and office working
The salary is negotiable depending on experience but will be competitive within the industry.
Duties will include (but are not limited to)
Processing end to end payroll in a timely and accurate manner
Processing new starters and leavers, ensuring all information is updated accordingly
Posting of payroll journals and reconciling of monthly control accounts
Answering and resolving payroll queries
Administrative duties
Uploading pension data and processing payments
Purchase invoice processing
Previous experience of Payroll is essential, and knowledge of Sage 50 would be advantageous.
