Overview
We are seeking a
Payroll Administrator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately delivering end to end payroll processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
End-to End Payroll Processing - Manage and process the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation within specified deadlines
Process Court Orders
Provide administration on the pension schemes and pension submissions.
Working on projects and ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner
Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Prepare journals for finance along with any other information required to ensure accurate financial statements.
Submitting ONS Surveys
Working with Internal and External Auditors
Completing year-end processes
Administration on Company Benefits
Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Maintaining our Expenses platform
Administrating our ShareSave Scheme
Creating Purchase Order requests
Administration of our time and attendance systems
Adhering to current GDPR laws
Maintaining payroll systems
Experience
Proven experience in payroll processing and administration
Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and compliance requirements
Proficiency in using payroll software
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Ability to analyse data effectively and identify discrepancies
Experience with statutory payments and pension scheme arrangements
Data entry experience
Pay range and compensation package:
Salary 28k+ negotiable depending on experience
