Your Journey as a Payroll Administrator:
Managing and maintaining core HR and payroll data in Workday, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data integrity across the system
Acting as a subject matter expert for Workday processes - helping to resolve issues, support users, and respond to queries with confidence and care
Supporting the monthly payroll cycle by running reports, checking data inputs, and liaising with the payroll team to make sure everything runs on time and to plan
Creating and maintaining documentation for payroll and HRIS processes to support consistency and knowledge sharing
Collaborating with our HR, Payroll, and IT teams to identify system and process improvements that enhance the employee experience
Supporting testing and implementation of system updates and new functionality
Keeping on top of changes in Workday capabilities and releases - making recommendations on what can support our evolving needs
Are You Ready to Embrace the Challenge? We're looking for someone who is:
Practical experience using SAP and/or ResourceLink is required with Workday experience being desirable- ideally with experience maintaining employee data, supporting reporting, or handling payroll-related activities
An understanding of HR and/or payroll processes, with great attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Strong communication skills - you're comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels and explaining processes clearly
A collaborative mindset - you enjoy working across teams and being part of a supportive, solutions-focused environment
Confidence using systems and reporting tools, with the ability to spot opportunities for efficiency and improvement
A proactive approach to learning and continuous improvement - you like to stay curious, build your knowledge, and help others do the same
