The department aims to provide a fast, reliable service to our clients providing a more strategic answer to their payroll needs. We proactively look to absorb the administrative and legal responsibility of payroll on behalf of our clients so they can concentrate on developing their business.

We are looking for an

experienced Payroll Administrator

to join our team on a

fixed term basis

. This is a

payroll bureau role

, so experience managing multiple client payrolls is essential. The successful candidate must be confident using

Sage Payroll

and working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Process multiple client payrolls from start to finish using

Sage Payroll

Ensure accurate and timely payments, including salaries, pensions, and statutory deductions Maintain up-to-date payroll records and respond to client queries Prepare payroll reports Keep up to date with payroll legislation and HMRC requirements

Requirements:



Proven experience with Sage Payroll is essential

Previous experience in a

payroll bureau environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines Excellent communication and organisational skills Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
