We are seeking a Payroll/Recruitment Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Admin team in managing the high volume of daily administration of weekly payroll and recruitment for approximately 700 staff.
This role requires strong attention to detail, as you will be responsible for setting up new starters, processing leavers, and ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Two years payroll experience is essential.
Duties
Full time office based 8.30-4.30
Weekly payroll on Sage 50
Process starters and leavers
Onboarding new employees
Book medicals
Data entering on payroll weeks, ie timesheets
Regular audits
General administration
Skills
Minimum 2-3 years payroll experience.
Strong communications skills
Demonstrate strong Word and Excel skills
Sage 50 payroll preferred
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: 30,000.00-34,000.00 per year
