where you'll be responsible for running your own end-to-end payrolls while also gaining exposure to bookkeeping duties (training available for this part of the role!). If you're looking for a challenging and rewarding position where you can make an impact, look no further.

What You'll Be Doing:



Payroll Processing

: Take ownership of full end-to-end payroll for multiple payrolls (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly).

Software Use

: Use Brightpay to accurately process payrolls, with training provided if necessary.

HMRC Liaison

: Handle RTI submissions and manage relationships with HMRC.

Payroll Queries

: Resolve payroll-related queries efficiently and professionally.

Start-to-End Processing

: Process starters, leavers, P45/P46/P60s, and support auto-enrolment/pensions.

Team Support

: Work closely with your colleagues, offering support and sharing knowledge as needed.

CIS/EPS

: Manage construction industry scheme (CIS) payrolls and related EPS submissions.

What We're Looking For:



Experience

: You'll have prior experience in full end-to-end payroll processing (whether in a bureau or in-house role).

Payroll Software Knowledge

: Experience with

Brightpay

is highly desirable, but not essential (training can be provided).

Bookkeeping/Accounts Experience

: Experience with bookkeeping duties is a plus, and

training can be offered in this area for the right candidate.

Attention to Detail

: You'll need strong organisational skills and a meticulous approach to your work.

Communication Skills

: Clear, effective communication (both written and verbal) is a must, especially when resolving queries or liaising with clients.
