Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our Payroll & Finance Team. The role is based on 4 days (30 hours) Monday to Thursday.
Payroll and Finance Executive
THE ROLE:
Raising invoices/bills in QuickBooks Preparing hours in Excel Importing payroll data Keying payroll Resolving payroll queries Liaising with external agencies Reconciling accounts Dealing with finance queries Completing pay batches on the bank Compiling reports General ad-hoc administration Covering holidays as needed
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Ability to work with speed and accuracy Reliable, with a self-starting attitude Enjoy a fast paced, busy working environment and be able to work to tight deadlines and as part of a team Knowledge of Microsoft office, mainly Excel Previous payroll experience is desirable but not essential as training can be provided Umbrella pay knowledge is desirable but not essential Need to be able to work flexible hours
WORKING HOURS 30 HOUR CONTRACT:
Mon - Thurs 9-5:30, however, there will be requirement to work late on a Wednesday and Thursday as required with time back given the following week.
