Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised

Payroll and Purchase Ledger Clerk

to join our finance team.

The successful candidate will:



Have excellent communication and administration skills Have a questioning nature Have excellent attention to detail Be a team player Preferably have experience of an ERP system such as Microsoft Business Centre (preferable but not essential) Be competent using Microsoft suit

Overview of duties:



Processing of weekly timesheet data onto spreadsheet and then costing onto projects Preparation of monthly payroll and input onto Sage Administering payroll queries Processing of supplier invoices including 3-way matching to PO, goods receipt and invoice Monthly purchase ledger review Reconciliation of monthly job costs from PO Records/BOMs to BC Assisting with supplier payments Supplier statement reconciliations Assisting with the processing of supplier payment runs in accordance with our Supplier Payment Guidance document Ad hoc tasks as and when required and covering tasks within the finance department during annual leave
