Payroll Assistant - Part-Time

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Payroll Assistant

to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will support the payroll manager in processing employee payments accurately and on time.

Day to day:

Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll Maintain payroll records and employee data Handle payroll queries from staff professionally Support with timesheet entry and verification Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies

Skills & Behaviours Required for this Role:

Previous experience in payroll or a similar administrative role is preferred Strong numerical and organisational skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll systems High attention to detail and confidentiality
