This key role within our Payroll Team, supports the timely delivery of service standards required by our clients. As a member of the Payroll Team, you will be responsible for the achievement of high-quality payroll preparation to a large portfolio of clients.
Working on behalf of clients, our services include maintaining payroll records, ensuring compliance with company policies and Regulations of the day. In this role, your contribution to the team's success will be demonstrated through your ability to ensure client satisfaction with service delivered and to not only meet client needs but to exceed them.

Responsibilities include:
Processing end-to end payroll for our clients on a monthly basis.
Ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, and statutory payments wage increments, overtime payments, annual leave and public holiday pay and sick pay.
Undertaking year-end processes including P60s and P11Ds.
Liaising directly with clients, troubleshooting ad hoc payroll issues for them.
Undertake pay calculation checks for the Audit Team.
Set up of new payrolls and pension schemes.
Ensuring accurate auto-enrolment pension contributions and submissions.
Ensuring Workflow reporting is up to date.
Analysing and reporting on payroll data.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Be educated to A 'level standard, or equivalent (minimum).
Either hold or be prepared to work towards the AAT Level 2 (minimum).
Have 1-2 years' experience in a payroll position (in-house or bureau).
Be fluent and proficient with Microsoft packages, and experience of working with a payroll software is beneficial, for example Sage Payroll, Paycircle Payroll, BrightPay.
Have at least 1-year's experience of working within a case management system, for example Sage or Xero.
Be a resilient individual, with excellent communication skills, both verbally and written and have ability to prioritise and organise your workload to achieve required deadlines.
Be able to work collaboratively as an integral team member.
