You've come to the right place! Benefit Cosmetics have an exciting opportunity available for a Payroll Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:

To administrate the payroll for all direct employees of Benefit Cosmetics UK & ROI. As well as assisting with IOM & Jersey.

To process timesheets, overrides and commission for all relevant retailer employees.

To work alongside Payroll Coordinator in day to day duties including processing and queries as well as supporting the Payroll Manager when needed.

Monthly Payroll

Communicate monthly payroll cut off dates to sales managers. Process all new starters, leavers, change of details, court orders, maternities, sick notes and advances, as communicated via the Employee Relations team and/or field management. Process monthly timesheets approx. 480 for our Beauty counter payroll Process these timesheets onto ADP our payrolling system Assist the coordinator with processing Boots, IOM, Jersey and ROI timesheets approx. 350. Calculate and process any relevant SSP if applicable Process all P45's and Starter Check Lists Name and file all monthly input into the correct folders Liaise with our payroll contact at ADP to upload our monthly payroll, make changes as per regulations and complete parallel and variance checks to ensure accuracy Self and peer checking of the payroll input Collate monthly payroll reports and ensure the finance department receives the monthly reports for all payrolls. Along with reports required for all other departments Raise advances for sign off by the Payroll Manager when required

Commission for retailer employees

Communicate monthly commission and overrides deadline to sales teams Collate authorised commission payments from SDMs and submit data to all relevant retailers prior to their individual deadline for non Benefit paid employees Process all commission and overrides onto our payroll spreadsheet monthly for processing

Employee Benefits

Conduct new starter induction with apprentices who start in Head Office Assist the Coordinator and Payroll Manager when needed for data around our yearly benefits renewal

General Administration / Duties

Respond to all payroll calls and queries in a timely manner. Manage the payroll inbox alongside the Payroll Coordinator Ensure all input is clearly labelled and organised Send out monthly long service cards to all employees
