Payroll Assistant

Responding to inbox and telephone queries related to payroll in a timely and professional manner

Supporting payroll processing and reporting, in line with the monthly deadlines

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations

Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards

Carry out other administrative and payroll duties as may be required, to support the wider team

To be one of the first points of contact for email and telephone payroll queries, ensuring these are directed to the right people and in a timely manner
