Job Description


PAYROLLER, PERMANENT, PART TIME

Edinburgh Based. Ideally 5 morning per week but negotiable.

\xc2\xa315,000 - \xc2\xa316,500pa

  • Responsible for the accurate administration of the monthly payroll for circa 250 employees
  • Process payroll documentation for starters and leavers including passport & Home Office checks where applicable
  • Liaise with department managers and employees to ensure timesheets & absences are recorded and authorised in a timely manner
  • Liaise closely with the centralised HR Department to ensure accurate pay processing
This role would suit a highly numerate candidate with a natural flair for accuracy and attention to detail.

Part time Payroller|Immediate start, Edinburgh City Centre
  • A recognised Payroll Qualification is desirable though practical experience is similarly valued.
  • Previous background of working in a computerised payroll environment.
  • Team working skills.
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Ability to work in an organised manner to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
