What you will be doing

Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for evoke colleagues and Execute all payroll input processing and reporting tasks Handle payroll administration duties including data extraction, correlation, and auditing Provide exceptional customer service to address payroll queries promptly and effectively, resolving or escalating payroll inquiries via phone or email within agreed SLAs and KPIs Propose process improvement ideas to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and controls Address queries from third parties such as earnings inquiries Collaborate closely with HR and managers to ensure process adherence and teamwork Develop familiarity with evoke's SAP SuccessFactors system and maintain organized filing systems, databases, and operating procedures Oversee Auto-Enrolment & Re-enrolment processes and administer the company sick pay scheme and handle absence and overtime pay rolling.

Who we are looking for

You'll have hands-on experience in payroll administration, including understanding auto-enrolment, sick pay schemes, and statutory payments calculation. You'll be familiar with SAP or similar payroll systems, along with proficient Excel skills for data management and analysis. You'll be driven by accuracy and precision in payroll processing to ensure compliance and correct employee compensation.
