Part-Time Payroll Assistant

to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with payroll experience looking for flexible hours and a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Process weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a variety of clients Ensure accurate and timely submission of RTI (Real Time Information) Manage starters and leavers, including P45s and P60s Calculate statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and SPP Liaise with HMRC and respond to client queries Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with current legislation

What We're Looking For:



Previous payroll experience, ideally in a practice environment Working knowledge of payroll software (e.g. Sage Payroll, or similar) Understanding of current UK payroll legislation Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Friendly and professional communication style

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 24,892.00-26,520.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
