We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Client

Payroll Associate

to join our growing Payroll team. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in a professional, fast-paced environment, working with a diverse range of clients across multiple jurisdictions.

As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services. You will work closely with your team to process payrolls, support clients, and maintain high-quality data and compliance standards. This is a hands-on role where you will gain valuable technical experience and play a key part in ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service Equiom is known for.

What You will Do



Process client payrolls accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements Maintain payroll records and prepare reports, payslips, and related documentation Support clients with payroll queries, providing excellent customer service Assist with HMRC submissions and compliance reporting Collaborate with colleagues across teams and jurisdictions to deliver seamless client support Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance service efficiency

About You



You will be highly organised, numerate, and meticulous in your approach, with a genuine interest in payroll and client service. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment and take pride in getting the details right.

Key Skills and Experience:



Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent numeracy and IT skills (particularly Microsoft Excel) High attention to detail and accuracy Great communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Previous experience in payroll administration or data handling would be an advantage, but not essential -- training will be provided
