We're now looking for a friendly and experienced
Payroll Clerk
to join us on a
part-time, 9-month maternity cover contract

What this Payroll Clerk role entails:
Managing the full payroll process for our teams across multiple venues
Ensuring everyone is paid accurately and on time, every time
Processing new starters, leavers, and changes in employment details
Handling payroll queries with professionalism and care
Liaising with HMRC, pension providers, and internal departments
Maintaining accurate payroll records and assisting with reporting when needed
What We're Looking For:
At least
3 years' experience
in payroll management or a senior payroll role
A solid understanding of PAYE, NI, pensions, and statutory payments
Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Confident working independently while being part of a supportive team
Proficient in Excel and general payroll systems
Experience with the Harri Payroll system
would be a real plus!
