Overview


We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our finance team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, maintaining payroll records, and supporting compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.

Salary: 27,300 - 30,225 (FTE) depending on experience?

Key Responsibilities ?

Process monthly payroll for all employees Maintain and update employee payroll information in our systems Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime to be submitted to Payroll Bureau for payment Verify timesheets and resolve payroll discrepancies Ensure compliance with HMRC/tax regulations and company procedures Assist with year-end processes such as issuing P60s and P45s
What We're Looking For?

Previous experience in payroll or a similar finance role Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage time effectively Strong numeracy and attention to detail Good knowledge of Accounting systems (e.g. Quickbooks or similar) Understanding of PAYE, NI, and statutory payments Knowledge of Excel at intermediate level Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: 27,300.00-30,225.00 per year
