What do we need?



We are seeking an experienced Payroll Co-ordinatorto join our growing finance team. We are looking for someone with experience in large, complex companies who will be responsible for the weekly and monthly payroll demands. Coordinating all associated end to end requirements, administration and queries.

About the job:



Working closely with our finance team, you will:

Maintain and update employee records.

Accurately calculate and process employee pay using Sage Payroll for weekly and monthly staff.

Manage holiday, sick leave, and maternity/paternity pay calculations.

Ensure proper PAYE, National Insurance and Pension deductions are made and submitted to in a timely manner.

Key Skills & Experience



Sage 50 Payroll:

Experience of using Sage 50 Payroll is essential.

Teamwork:

You will have a great sense of humour with the ability to work within our established team.

Experience:

3 years in payroll across multiple companies preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 15,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
