Teconnex, a global leader in engineering solutions, is seeking an experienced and detail-driven Payroll Officer to join our finance team. You'll take full ownership of the monthly payroll for around 300 hourly and salaried colleagues -- ensuring everything from tax to pensions runs like clockwork. What you'll be doing

Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing Handle statutory deductions, auto-enrolment pensions, tax codes, and pay changes Process starters, leavers, and liaison with internal departments Arrange BACS payments and reconcile amounts due to HMRC, staff, and pension providers Submit EPS and FPS declarations and lead all payroll year-end activities (P60s, P11Ds, etc.) Resolve payroll queries and maintain strong data integrity Work alongside external agencies on temporary staffing payrolls
