The role:




Work alongside the Payroll Officer to ensure the efficient running of the HR administration process, to deliver high quality service for staff and managers.

Part Time (30 hours per week) Fixed term for 1 year 23,016 - 25,013 per annum Hill House Campus, SA2

Key Responsibilities:



Process new starter documentation for payroll, ensuring information is accurate and relevant checks have been completed. Administration of leavers, calculating annual leave entitlements, instructing payroll and informing IT. Collate and process hourly paid timesheets and overtime claims to agreed monthly payroll deadlines, ensuring high accuracy. Collate, process and review monthly part-time lecturing payments to agreed payroll deadlines, ensuring audit trails are maintained. Supporting the rest of the HR Team, in any aspect of Recruitment and Selection as and when the demand requires it.

About you:



Level 3 qualification or equivalent in relevant area i.e. Business Administration Level 2 (Grade A-C) or equivalent Maths and English qualification Previous experience of using Excel including formulas and pivot tables Experience of handling large volumes of data
