Overview


We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee and manage payroll processing for our clients. To make sure salary payment complies with law. Maintain accurate payroll records and update them regularly. Process employee benefits, deductions and bonuses accurately. Resolve payroll discrepancies and address client queries. Prepare and submit payroll related reports to management. Coordinate with clients to ensure accurate salary distribution. Monitor and ensure timely payment of salaries and tax filings.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of payroll systems, and the ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and protect client information

Duties



Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. Oversee data entry related to employee hours, deductions, and other payroll-related information. Collaborate with the human resources department to ensure alignment on employee records and benefits administration. Conduct regular audits of payroll data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures. Prepare reports for management analysis, including payroll summaries and forecasts. Assist in the integration of accounting software like QuickBooks for streamlined financial reporting. Handle accounts payable related to payroll expenses, ensuring timely payments to relevant authorities.

Experience



Proven experience in payroll management or a similar role, demonstrating a thorough understanding of payroll procedures. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). Strong data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all payroll-related tasks. Familiarity with human resources functions and regulations affecting payroll operations. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently within tight deadlines.
