About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Payroll Manager to oversee and manage our payroll operations using MiraclePay. This is a key role ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and continuous improvement of payroll systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
o Manage end-to-end payroll processing using MiraclePay.
o Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and internal policies.
o Maintain accurate employee records, including pay, benefits, and deductions.
o Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
o Prepare payroll reports and support audits as required.
o Lead system improvements and automation initiatives within MiraclePay.
Requirements
o Proven experience as a Payroll Manager or similar role.
o Up-to-date understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements.
o Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and leadership abilities.
o Strong Excel and computer skills are critical for this role.
Desirable
o Experience with payroll transitions or system implementations.
o Payroll Management diploma
