With that expansion, they are now looking to add an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team.This role offers a unique opportunity to become a vital part of a collaborative finance team, where your input will help shape and streamline payroll operations as the business continues to grow.What youxe2x80x99ll be doing:
- Manage and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Co-ordinate with internal teams and outsourced payroll providers
- Handle payroll for both employees and self-employed clinicians
- Track pay rates, new starters, benefits, and deductions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to queries
- Prepare payroll reports for senior management and finance
- Support ongoing improvements in payroll systems and processes
- Proven experience in a busy payroll environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Confident working with confidential information
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working with outsourced providers and cross-functional teams
