With that expansion, they are now looking to add an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team.This role offers a unique opportunity to become a vital part of a collaborative finance team, where your input will help shape and streamline payroll operations as the business continues to grow.What youxe2x80x99ll be doing:

  • Manage and process payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Co-ordinate with internal teams and outsourced payroll providers
  • Handle payroll for both employees and self-employed clinicians
  • Track pay rates, new starters, benefits, and deductions
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to queries
  • Prepare payroll reports for senior management and finance
  • Support ongoing improvements in payroll systems and processes
