Experience of working in the care industry would be an advantage.
Duties
Payroll processing using Sage Payroll (2wkly, 4wkly and monthly)
Sage pay processing an advantage
Processing payroll pension contributions
Processing AOE
Review and reconciliation of timesheets and staff rotas for processing
Preparing reports for management
Review and reconciliation of agency staff invoices to staff rotas and timesheets
Communicating with managers across all care homes
Ad-hoc HR administration
Requirement's
Minimum of 2 years experience using Sage payroll
SAGE, Excel, Word
You must be able to work in a team or independently and have the ability to multitask while meeting deadlines
Have good communication skills
