Payroll Specialist

Team/Role Overview
This role will involve dealing with complex employee queries including PAYE tax issues, whilst delivering a high level of customer service at all times.
What you'll do
Resolve employee queries using Servicenow.
Follow all standard processes and guidance.
Maintain employee records on Workday.
Calculate and record payroll deductions or earnings as necessary.
Review and audit payroll records including sickness payments and retrospective pay.
Reconcile earnings and deduction totals.
Create and maintain maternity schedules.
Participate in projects and initiatives as they arise.
What we'll need from you
Previous relevant Payroll experience (necessary)
Experience of using Workday Payroll (desirable).
Experience of working for a global company (desirable)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical and high attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting skills, and creative problem solving skills
Ability to be self-motivated and self-directed and think and act independently while also being team oriented
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent professional experience.
