As a
Payroll Administrator/Manager
, you will manage the end-to-end payroll process for multiple clients. Your responsibilities will include accurate payroll processing, data management, client communication, and ensuring compliance with current statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll legislation
Collect, verify, and input payroll data from various sources.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients on payroll-related inquiries, providing clear and prompt resolutions to any client queries or concerns.
Prepare and submit necessary statutory reports, including tax and pension contributions.
Use payroll software to process payroll, update client information, and manage tax codes and pay rates.
Suggest and implement improvements to enhance payroll processes and accuracy.
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail.
Payroll qualification or qualified by experience.
Xero and Bright Pay software experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey information clearly and professionally.
Experience managing multiple clients, balancing deadlines, and prioritizing tasks.
