We are currently seeking a

Payroll Specialist

to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys working with a diverse client portfolio.


Key Responsibilities




Accurately process all payrolls from start to finish, ensuring compliance with internal and client deadlines Ensure payroll is completed, signed off, and submitted in time to meet BACS salary payment deadlines. A sound understanding of pension and automatic enrolment. Maintain concise and accurate records, including payroll checklists, employee tasks, and client details. Administer payments for Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, Statutory Paternity Pay, Statutory Shared Parental leave, Statutory Adoption Pay and any other Statutory policies & processes where required.

Proven experience in payroll A collaborative mindset, enjoy being a team player, and are committed to contributing to shared goals while supporting others Strong understanding of payroll legislation and manual calculations. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Excellent communication and organisational skills
