Job Description

I am working with a leading global Financial Institution as they search for a senior Payroll Systems Lead to cover an eight-month parental leave contract.

You as the chosen candidate will be leading an existing team of three Payroll systems specialists so prior team leadership experience is required. The system used is Resource Link so prior use is essential to be able to hit the ground running and be able to navigate the back end of the product.

The Payroll Systems Lead will be someone with previous experience in a large complex organisation who is used to lots of thinking on their feet with regard to the day-to-day duties. Although you have a team, you will still need to get stuck in and be operational and work on areas such as;
\xe2\x80\x93 Testing and managing all upgrades to the systems
\xe2\x80\x93 Troubleshoot any technical issues
\xe2\x80\x93 Lead and manage any improvement projects

This role will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is adaptable and used to a fast-paced environment.
