Role Description


Content creation and management:

Develop and maintain high quality content tailored to private wealth channels (dd decks, pitch decks, regular portfolio reviews, investment themes). Maintain DDQ / FAQ both for internal and external purposes. Update and manage VDRs.

Compliance:

Work with sales and compliance teams to maintain database of jurisdictions where funds can be marketed; ensure marketing documents are compliant with relevant jurisdictions.

Market intelligence:

Build day to day intelligence on competitive landscape across alt asset classes (strategies, structures, terms, pricing, features, etc).

Ongoing distribution support:

Create content on product, investment and market insights, and updates targeted at the PCAAM sales teams and / or to distributors to help drive sales and ongoing relationship support.

Ad hoc distributor requests:

Support the preparation of various ad-hoc distributor requests. Be responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team. Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channels.
Key Requirements


Relevant experience:




Approximately 4+ years' experience of investment management experience with a strong preference for alternative assets; exceptional candidates with broader financial services industry could be considered. Exposure to fundraising (e.g., product specialist, product development, investor relations, business development, marketing and sales) and experience with the development and distribution of regulated funds. Understanding of private markets asset classes (e.g., Private Equity and Private Debt). Ideally will also have foundational grasp of all asset classes and macroeconomic trends. Knowledge of EMEA and/or APAC Private Wealth Market (major channels, regulatory framework, product types, etc.) is a clear plus.

Education:




Undergraduate degree with a strong track record of academic achievement, or equivalent relevant work experience, is advantageous. Professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) would be preferred but is not essential.

Personal characteristics:




Excellent communication, presentation, writing, quantitative skills and detail-orientation. Dynamic attitude (willingness to hustle to help close prospective investors) and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative setting.
