PCB Inspector, INCAP Electronics UK Ltd
About the Role
As a PCBA inspector you will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of products are to the standard of IPC-A-610, in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Main responsibilities:
To quality check finished goods/products
To liaise with other production teams
To assist and support production technicians by discussing faults and findings
To manage and resolve inspection queries
To complete all NCR paperwork
To monitor build, quality and to report quality issues as necessary
To action rework as necessary
To carry out general production work where needed
To maintain accurate process data/records/documentation associated with your work
To adhere to health and safety standards, quality standards, policies and procedures
To adhere to the production schedule
To adhere to operational procedures and production timelines
To carry out lean manufacturing processes and 5S
To provide improvement ideas to the Production Supervisor
To collaborate with technical and quality departments when required
