To provide nursing services to patients of the PCN practices, including treatment, screening and advice within the professional competence of the post-holder.
The Post-holder will work in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice. Taking responsibility for nursing duties associated with the nurses practice clinical area(s), inventory control; chronic disease management and health education/promotion.
