CAM Medical Primary Care Network is looking for a

fixed-term

Junior Clinical Pharmacist

to join our dynamic team working across three GP practices in Cambridge City. As a junior member of our pharmacy team, you will support the delivery of high-quality clinical and admin duties and contribute to the overall healthcare services provided in our network.

Main duties of the job

Candidates must be registered or in the process of registering with the General Pharmaceutical Council. While primary care experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

The junior clinical pharmacist will work across the CAM Medical Primary Care Network area in the pharmacy team. Work undertaken at the practices will be determined according to their existing and developing systems and will include some or all of the responsibilities noted below:

Medication Review and Optimisation Medicines Reconciliation Unplanned Admission Prevention Medicines Information / Education Prescribing Systems and Policies Medicines safety Administrative Duties Across Three Practices Contribution to the Implementation of Services Any other duties as reasonably required. Monitoring of high risk medicines

Desirable criteria

Previous experience in GP practice or primary care. Experience using SystmOne

We are seeking enthusiastic and forward-thinking pharmacist to join our like-minded PCN. You will become part of a group of PCN Clinical Pharmacists, collaborating to grow and develop our capability. This is an evolving job role with huge scope for development as we expand our PCN team further over the years.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: 40,000.00 per year
