Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our innovative team at Priory Gardens GP Surgery in the UK. This role is vital in ensuring the safe and effective management of medications while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications Provide medication administration support to healthcare professionals Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient care Maintain accurate patient medication records Educate patients on medication use and health management Participate in staff training and development initiatives Support medical student training and research projects Contribute to the continuous improvement of pharmacy services

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Pharmacy Technician Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols Excellent patient care skills and communication abilities Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team Commitment to ongoing professional development Familiarity with innovative practices in pharmacy services (preferred) Relevant certification or qualification as a Pharmacy Technician (preferred)
