Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join Charlton Medical Practice. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering safe, effective medicines management and contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day general practice activities.
Main duties of the job
As an onsite Clinical Pharmacist-IP you will confidently act within professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
You will help resolve medication-related queries, work as part of a multidisciplinary team, improve patient outcomes and support the improvement of access to healthcare.

  • Experience using EMIS
  • Ability to travel to the practice site or reside within reasonable commuting distance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification.
