As our Systems Support Coordinator, youll help optimise our clinical systems, support colleagues, and be part of exciting projects transforming primary care services.
KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE The following are the core responsibilities of the PCN Systems Support Administrator Monitor, optimise, and support use of the PCNs EMIS system (workflow, tasks, searches, audits). Develop templates, protocols, and reports for management teams to support decision-making. Help staff across practices make the most of digital tools (Accurx, Ardens, NHS App, Mjog, etc.). Share good practice, identify IT and training needs, and help implement new systems.
Manage digital content such as waiting room screens and social media updates. Support the Digital & Transformation Lead with digital transformation projects. Act as a Registration Authority (RA) agent for the PCN.
