PCV Bus Driver - Luton
Newstaff Employment is recruiting PCV Bus Drivers in Luton on behalf of a well-established transport operator. This is a fantastic opportunity for customer-focused professionals who take pride in providing safe, reliable, and high-quality passenger services.
? Location: Luton
? Salary: 16.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
? Working Hours: Earlies, Middles, and Lates (full shift coverage required)
? Job Type: Temp to Perm (6 on / 3 off pattern) or Zero-Hour Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Operating PCV vehicles safely and professionally across scheduled routes
• Providing excellent customer service to passengers at all times
• Maintaining a smart and professional appearance in line with company standards
• Completing all driving duties in compliance with company and legal requirements
• Attending and completing a Highway Code Q&A and driving assessment

Essential Skills & Experience

• Valid PCV (Category D) driving licence
• Up-to-date CPC qualification
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
• Flexibility to cover early, middle, and late shifts
• Ability to meet uniform standards: white shirt, navy tie, navy trousers, and black shoes (uniform allocation provided)
